A specialist Primary SEN unit based between Oval and Vauxhall is looking for a proactive and compassionate Teaching Assistant with a background in Psychology. This is a full-time, long-term position supporting pupils with Autism and associated needs in a small, well-supported classroom setting.
Teaching Assistant - Role Highlights:

Support pupils with ASD on a 1:1 or small-group basis.
Receive hands-on experience in behaviour strategies, communication support, and sensory regulation.

Psychology graduates seeking real-world experience to support career goals in mental health or education.
A calm, patient, and caring personality who thrives in a team.
Experience with SEN or Autism (voluntary or paid) is a bonus, but not essential.
Must be available full-time and able to travel easily to Oval or Vauxhall - both school sites are within 10 minutes' walk of Tube and bus connections.
