Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment
Work with individuals or small groups of pupils, including those with SEND or EAL needs
Assist with classroom preparation, behaviour management, and learning activities
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including school events, trips, and extracurricular activities
Help to monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers
Has experience working with children in an educational setting (school-based or similar)
Is caring, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting young learners
Has strong communication and teamwork skills
Can use their initiative and respond flexibly to the needs of the class
Holds a relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant) - desirable but not essential
