Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience working with students with autism in a school setting
- Strong understanding of autism and strategies to support learners effectively
- HLTA qualification or Level 3 TA qualification beneficial
- Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
- Commitment to supporting student development, independence, and confidence
