Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with autism
- Work as part of the school's new autism provision team in Lambeth
- Support access to learning across the curriculum in KS3 and KS4
- Help create an inclusive, structured, and supportive environment
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals to deliver personalised strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience working with students with autism in a school setting
- Strong understanding of autism and strategies to support learners effectively
- HLTA qualification or Level 3 TA qualification beneficial
- Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
- Commitment to supporting student development, independence, and confidence
