Location: Harrow, Outer London
Hours: 8:30am - 3:45pm (Monday to Friday, Term Time Only)
Daily Rate: 95
Contract: Full Academic Year (with potential for a permanent role)

SANZA Teaching Agency is partnering with a three-form entry primary school in Harrow seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to provide support to children in Key Stage 2 with a range of special educational needs. This full-time role starts immediately and continues through the academic year, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

About the Role:

As the SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties
Assist in implementing tailored learning strategies both inside and outside the classroom
Work closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and external professionals to support individual learning plans
Foster communication skills, independence, and positive social interactions
Help maintain a nurturing and structured learning environment
