We are recruiting for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work in a vibrant primary school in Haringey. This role is ideal for a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children's education and keen to build experience in a friendly, inclusive setting.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working alongside class teachers to support pupils' learning, provide interventions, and help children reach their full potential. A Teaching Assistant in this role will have the chance to support children both academically and socially, including those with additional needs.
Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant:
Assisting teachers with daily lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning
Helping to create a safe and stimulating environment
What we're looking for in a Teaching Assistant:
Previous experience working with children (school or alternative setting)
A caring, adaptable, and proactive nature
Good teamwork and communication skills
This is a long-term Teaching Assistant role starting immediately, with excellent opportunities for development.
Location: Haringey, North London
Pay: 85-100 per day
