Teaching Assistant

• Support the Year 2 class teacher in delivering lessons as a proactive Teaching Assistant.

• Assist pupils with SEN needs to access learning, providing individual support as a Teaching Assistant.

• Help plan and implement engaging activities to develop children's skills as a Teaching Assistant.

• Observe, record, and report on children's progress in your role as a Teaching Assistant.

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in KS1 or SEN settings.

• Understanding of SEN strategies and support for children as a confident Teaching Assistant.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, essential for a successful Teaching Assistant.

• Ability to motivate and support children in a busy classroom environment as a Teaching Assistant.

• Competitive daily rate of 85-100 for your role as a Teaching Assistant.

• Full-time placement until July 2026, offering stability as a Teaching Assistant.

• Work in a school rated 'Good' by Ofsted where your contribution as a Teaching Assistant is valued.
