An inclusive Primary School in Haringey is seeking a confident and passionate Teaching Assistant to work in a Year 3 class, providing both whole-class and small group support. The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with the class teacher to ensure all pupils are engaged and making steady progress.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant or a Psychology Graduate keen to gain classroom experience before pursuing teacher training or educational psychology.
Responsibilities for the Teaching Assistant:
Support the Year 3 class with literacy, numeracy, and topic lessons.
Deliver targeted interventions under teacher guidance.
Support pupils with mild SEND needs.
Encourage participation and build pupil confidence.

Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm
Pay: 85-100 per day
Contract: Long-term until July 2026
