Long Term Futures is recruiting a caring and proactive Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary provision in Hammersmith & Fulham. The successful candidate will work across Year 3 and Year 4, supporting two pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) on a 1:1 basis within the classroom.

About the Role
You will work closely with the class teachers and SENCo to help pupils access learning, build confidence, and thrive in a structured and engaging classroom environment. Your day-to-day will include:
- Providing 1:1 support to pupils across Year 3 and Year 4 during lessons and activities.
- Encouraging participation, communication, and focus in class routines.
- Supporting emotional regulation and promoting independence.
- Working flexibly to adapt to the needs of different pupils and teachers.
- Building positive, consistent relationships to help each child feel supported and secure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Friendly, proactive, and reliable with excellent attendance.
- Calm, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children.
- Able to follow guidance while using initiative and adaptability in the classroom.
- A genuine team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- No prior experience with ASD required - training and support provided.
