• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across a range of subjects.

• Working 1:1 and in small groups with students to support their academic and emotional progress.

• Assisting with classroom management and helping to create a positive learning environment.

• Supporting pupils with additional needs (SEN) where required.

• Helping prepare learning materials and classroom resources.

• Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is desirable (school, tutoring, mentoring, youth work, etc.).

• A genuine passion for education and helping students reach their potential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A proactive and flexible approach to work.

• Must hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
