They are seeking a teaching assistant with a strong background in positive behaviour support to join their team.

About you:
- Must have a calm and nurturing approach
- You will have ideally had experienced in a similar setting (SEMH/PRU)
- Be able to build trusting relationships with young people
- Have an empathetic approach with the ability to assert firm boundaries and routine
- Have a genuine passion for improving the outcomes of vulnerable young people
- Be committed to safeguarding and best-practice in everything you do
