SEN Teaching Assistant - ASD/Learning Difficulties

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting SEN children in their learning and development.
Assisting the class teacher in creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure each child receives the best possible support.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with SEN children is desirable.
- A passion for education and training and helping every child succeed.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive, compassionate, and understanding approach.
- Willingness to do personal care
