Pay: 85-105 per day (depending on experience)

A welcoming two-form entry primary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant to join their Year 3 team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons, work with small groups to reinforce key learning objectives, and provide targeted one-to-one support where needed. You'll help pupils develop confidence and independence while contributing to a positive and purposeful classroom environment.

The successful Teaching Assistant will:

• Hold a degree (subjects such as English, Maths, Psychology, Education Studies, or Child Development are particularly relevant)

• Have previous classroom or tutoring experience within a primary setting (desirable but not essential)

• Demonstrate strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills

• Be proactive, patient, and passionate about supporting children's learning

• Be confident working with KS2 pupils and helping them achieve their academic goals

• A two-form entry structure with excellent collaborative planning and shared resources

• A supportive senior leadership team with a focus on staff development

• An inclusive and friendly environment where every pupil is valued

• Competitive daily pay between 85 and 105, depending on experience
