Remedy are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in North London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and keen to support pupils across a range of abilities. You'll work closely with the class teacher to help create a positive and engaging learning environment, supporting children both academically and emotionally.
The role:
Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and managing behaviour
Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils to reinforce learning
Help prepare classroom materials and maintain a safe, organised learning space
Encourage and motivate pupils to reach their full potential
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a school setting
Be patient, proactive, and adaptable
Have strong communication skills and a genuine passion for working with children
Hold (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS
