About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Supply Bank Teaching Assistants to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across a range of schools within the Trust and to make a real difference in supporting children’s learning and development.

As part of our supply bank, you will be available to work on a flexible, as-needed basis, providing classroom support in the absence of permanent staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.

  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.

  • Assist with classroom activities, preparation of learning materials, and general administrative tasks.

  • Encourage and motivate pupils to reach their full potential.

  • Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment in line with the Trust’s values and policies.

Person Specification:

  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Flexibility and reliability to work across different schools when required.

  • Previous classroom experience or a relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.

  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people (all posts are subject to enhanced DBS checks).
