SANZA Teaching Agency are currently recruiting on behalf of a lively primary school in Waltham Forest. They are seeking a skilled and compassionate teaching assistant to join their team.

You will work across key stage 1 and key stage 2 to provide both in-class and out-of-class support to key students.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • You will provide tailored support to pupils with Autism to ensure they are able to access learning material
  • You will offer clear communication and routines to reduce barriers and promote independence
  • You will support the students' sensory needs and emotional regulation
  • Collaborate with class teachers and the SEN team
  • Work with the students to encourage social development, confidence and positive relationships
