The role will be to support key students with social, emotional and mental health needs.
About you:
- Experience: Previous experience supporting children with social, emotional and mental health needs.
- Understanding: A genuine passion for working with children with SEMH needs and a strong understanding of the challenges they may face
- Patience and Empathy: The ability to remain calm, patient, and empathetic, even in challenging situations
- Adaptability: A flexible approach, capable of tailoring teaching techniques to accommodate individual learning styles.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and therapists.
