Teaching Assistant

• Support the Reception teacher in delivering engaging lessons as a Teaching Assistant.

• Assist children's learning, social and emotional development as a dedicated Teaching Assistant.

• Help plan and implement activities that inspire and motivate children as a Teaching Assistant.

• Monitor and record children's progress, contributing feedback as a Teaching Assistant.

• Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant in EYFS or Reception.

• Knowledge of early years learning and development, essential for a Teaching Assistant role.

• Ability to support children with varying needs in a busy classroom as a confident Teaching Assistant.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, key for success as a Teaching Assistant.

• Competitive daily rate of 85-100 for your role as a Teaching Assistant.

• Full-time placement until July 2026, offering stability as a Teaching Assistant.

• Work in a school rated 'Good' by Ofsted where your input as a Teaching Assistant is valued.
