About the Role:
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to students across various subjects and year groups
- Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and accessible lessons that meet the needs of all learners
- Support the SENCO and wider inclusion team in implementing personalised interventions and monitoring student progress
- Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and confidence within the classroom and wider school environment

- Experience working with children or young people, ideally including exposure to SEND
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive, supportive relationships
