We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teaching Assistant to join our team starting after the upcoming half term. This full-time role runs from 8:30am to 5:00pm, supporting pupils in a general classroom capacity.
The ideal candidate will be firm yet nurturing, able to maintain clear boundaries while fostering a supportive and encouraging learning environment.

Requirements:
  • Ability to interact effectively with students, teachers, and parents, providing clear information.
  • A balance of setting clear boundaries while offering support and encouragement to students.
  • Ability to collaborate well with teachers and other staff members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience supporting children in a classroom setting is preferred, ideally within Key Stage 2.
