Requirements:
- Ability to interact effectively with students, teachers, and parents, providing clear information.
- A balance of setting clear boundaries while offering support and encouragement to students.
- Ability to collaborate well with teachers and other staff members in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience supporting children in a classroom setting is preferred, ideally within Key Stage 2.
