Tiger Private is seeking an experienced Permanent Live-In Domestic Couple for a prestigious estate near Leuven, Belgium, to support a warm family.
The role involves household management, security oversight, technical maintenance, gardening support, animal care, and driving duties.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a private household and should be discreet, responsible, and adaptable.
Fluency in Dutch is preferred, with English being essential and French as a plus; a valid Category B driving license is also required.
The position offers a full-time contract with a salary of 5,000 Euros NET per month per couple, starting on or after July 1, 2025.

Tiger Private is looking for an experienced Permanent Live-In Domestic Couple for a Prestigious Estate Near Leuven, Belgium to support a warm and welcoming family. Key Responsibilities- Household Management: cleaning/upkeep of the main residence and guest houses, ironing, and laundry care, organising wardrobes, and caring for fine materials like marble, silver, and art objects. Managing inventories of groceries and cleaning products- Security and Surveillance: overseeing camera and alarm systems, home automation, contact with local authorities, and making regular property rounds- Technical Oversight: ensuring proper operation of systems like HVAC, water softeners, lighting, etc., reporting malfunctions, minor repairs- Gardening Support: Gardening duties, tool maintenance, care of the vegetable garden and greenhouse (in collaboration with full-time gardeners)- Animal Care: daily care for two horses, two dogs, one cat, and chickens- Driving and Vehicle Maintenance: airport transfers and other driving duties - Errands and Reporting: running errands, tracking expenses, assisting with events, reporting to the ownersYour Profile- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a private household- Discreet, responsible, adaptable, and proactive- Fluent in Dutch is a strong asset; otherwise, fluency in English. French is a plus- Animal lovers, confident in handling various pets- Valid Category B driving license- Comfortable using Outlook, Excel, Word, WhatsApp, and Google tools- Non-smokers- Able to work independently with strong organisational skillsStart date: 01/07/2025 (flexible)Full Time contract, working 5 days a week with flexibility Accommodation: A modern, fully furnished private apartmentSalary: 5,000 Euros NET per month, per coupleTiger is B Corp Certified.
