They are currently embarking on an exciting phase of expansion, aiming to more than double the size of their London Project Management team in the coming years. While their expertise spans various sectors, including significant experience in commercial fit-out projects (CAT A, CAT A+, and CAT B), they are also actively involved in diverse projects across Residential, Healthcare, Education, and Leisure. Their project values typically range from 5m to 30m, encompassing both new build and refurbishment schemes.

Description

  • Overseeing and executing projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Preparing and managing project budgets and timelines.
  • Implementing project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Identifying, tracking, and mitigating potential project risks.
  • Delivering regular project updates to senior management.
  • Fostering positive relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Performing contract administration roles.

Profile

  • Proven experience in managing CAT A, CAT A + or CAT B fitout projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Extensive experience as a Project Manager in a consultancy or client-side environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering quality projects.
