Our client is a long-established and highly respected family-owned group of London Hotels, looking to rewrite the traditional hotel revenue management mentality! We are searching for like-minded Cluster Revenue Managers, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong hotel revenue background, who want to shape and rewrite the group's approach to revenue management.

Revenue is a key part of our clients growth and vision, and it means that for the first time they will be bringing the entire revenue function in-house. This means you will have a unique chance to put your stamp on this groups approach to revenue management, implementing and driving new processes and systems across the business portfolio.

The Opportunity

As a Cluster Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for the revenue generation of a group of hotels in the portfolio using data analytics and management techniques to achieve business objectives. You will analyse and monitor market trends, competition, and customer demand and make decisions based on this analysis to optimise the commercial strategy in line with the groups brand value proposition to ensure business targets are met.

Other key aspects of the role include:

  • Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to maximise revenue and profitability across the hotel cluster, in line with company values
  • Complete, analyse, comment on and distribute daily, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports
  • Identify trends, predict potential issues and propose solutions
  • Consistently review of hotel daily pricing, analysing direct competitors, pace of demand and other influencing factors including brand value proposition
  • Quote and/or give guidance on group pricing and suitability, and assist with corporate pricing
  • Grow incremental revenue across all streams, creating and executing pace reports and commercial strategy meetings, and completing required forecasts showing the true position of the business units
  • Ensure hotels reach the targeted RGI growth per property and collaborate with the commercial and property teams to develop, implement, and execute strategic action plans to drive hotel profit
  • Support both hotel-specific and group wide projects on an ad-hoc basis

The Candidate

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Onsite Central London Office - 4 days office based and 1 day WFH
  • At least 3 years'high-volumerevenue experience (managing large room stock & M&E) in either a site role or 2 years experience in a cluster role
  • Experience in using PMS, RMS and channel managers, ideally with an understanding of the commissions process and cost per acquisition.
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft office, ideally with advanced excel skills
  • Strong understanding of market segmentation and typical revenue metrics
  • Past experience in reservations/ groups advantageous.
  • Business fluent in written and verbal English
  • Strong collaboration skills, self-motivated and driven
  • Highly adaptable, strong organisational and decision-making skills
  • Can balance business performance with fairness to our guests
  • A genuine care for people.
