Revenue Manager - Stylish Central London Hotel | £60,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits | Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 from home)

Are you a driven hotel revenue professional ready to take your next step with one of London's iconic and well established hotels? We're seeking a talented Revenue Manager to join a contemporary property of under 400 rooms in the heart of Central London.

This is a fantastic chance to join a forward-thinking team and play a key role in driving revenue strategy, optimising distribution, and maximising profitability across rooms and ancillary revenue streams.

As Revenue Manager, you will:

• Lead daily and long-term revenue management strategies to maximise RevPAR and overall profitability.

• Oversee pricing, forecasting, and inventory management across all distribution channels.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office to ensure alignment and optimal performance.

• Deliver insightful revenue reports and market analysis to senior leadership.

• Stay ahead of London's dynamic hospitality market to identify new opportunities and respond swiftly to changing demand patterns.

• Proven experience in hotel revenue management (essential) within the London market is highly preferred

• A strategic mindset with strong analytical and commercial acumen.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills - confident working with senior stakeholders.

• Proficiency in revenue management systems and Excel; experience with Opera, Ideas, or similar RMS preferred.

• Must have the right to work in the UK.

• £60,000 basic salary + performance bonus
