Job Title: Stairlift Installer & Service Engineer
Location: Middlesex Area
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Stairlift Installer and Service Engineer to join our team in the Middlesex area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and repair of stairlift equipment, ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Install stairlifts and mobility equipment at customers’ homes in line with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.

Conduct routine servicing and maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Diagnose and repair faults or malfunctions promptly.

Provide excellent customer service, including explaining operation and maintenance to users.

Maintain accurate service records and report any issues to management.

Comply with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:

Proven experience in stairlift or mobility equipment installation and servicing.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Middlesex area.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
