Our client is looking for an experienced Neighbourhood Manager.

The post is to cover all aspects of the housing management function in Penarth, Dinas Powys, Sully & Palmerston (Barry) which equates to approx.1150 properties. The role is busy and varied which means that the candidate is likely to be on site minimum of 3 days a week, however this can vary depending on workload. Office working days are Tuesday & Wednesday and these can be inclusive of the days on site. The client group covered is general needs however there are 2 sheltered complexes which they will also oversee.

No DBS required.
