Housing Programme Manager / PMO - Local Authority

My Local Authority client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Housing Programme Manager / PMO on a Contract basis.

The role will deliver a number of core strategic programmes within a portfolio of change, to improve the customer and resident experience.

About the role:

Based in South London (Hybrid - flexible):

• Within the Council's PMO, you will deliver numerous projects / programmes, primarily for the Housing programme.
• Projects / Programmes may include Inspection Readiness (Social Housing Regulator), customer journey improvement, service improvement, etc.
• You will work closely with the Council's PMO and Portfolio Manager.
• You may be required to lead 2-3 project managers within your remit.

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Extensive experience in a similar role, in a Local Authority context.
• Excellent leadership, service improvement and transformation skills.
• Understanding of PMO and solid project / programme management fundamentals and methodologies.
• Local Authority experience is essential.

What's on offer:

• Salary: 650 per day, inside IR35
