We’re looking for a dedicated and organised Office Manager to take charge of day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth, welcoming, and well-run workplace. This role is central to maintaining a productive environment, supporting staff and visitors, and coordinating with vendors and service providers. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee office operations, supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination
  • Manage visitor access and front-of-house experience
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements; act as fire marshal/first aider
  • Plan and coordinate internal events and team activities
