Internal Recruitment Coordinator Duties:
- Coordinate contractor interviews across the UK and globally — keep the talent pipeline moving
- Monitor contingent workforce compliance: IR35, Right to Work, insurance, tenure and more
- Drive contract extensions, process leavers, and keep the hiring lifecycle flowing
- Ensure data integrity inside the vendor management system— because precision powers performance
- Work with onboarding teams to keep contractor records complete and compliant
- Support recruitment delivery teams to meet urgent demands and fulfil client needs
- Deliver excellence every day — in service, in speed, and in outcomes
What's in your DNA/Experience Needed:
- Experience in recruitment coordination with contingent or temporary hires
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume, professional environments
- Financial Services sector experience a plus, but not essential
