Responsibilities:As an L&D Administrator, you will:

  • Collaborate with the HR Manager and L&D Advisor to assess and deliver training needs aligned with company competencies.
  • Ensure all statutory and compliance training requirements are met for your designated business areas.
  • organise and administer CSCS card applications.
  • Maintain training matrixes and act as the primary contact for training inquiries.
  • Coordinate the company appraisal process and apprentice progression reviews.
  • Keep accurate records on HRIS and LMS, including course bookings and attendance.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Proven experience in a Learning & Development or HR administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and LMS systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Familiarity with training compliance regulations in the construction sector.
  • Experience in coordinating apprenticeships and graduate programmes.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles.
