We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join a a boutique consultancy for an 8 week temp project.  This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-paced, innovative organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates for key roles within the company. You will work closely with the Project Manager and internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.Role: Recruitment CoordinatorLocation: Central London (3 days in office and 2 from home)Hourly rate: £15 to £20 per hour What you'll be doing:On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
  • Conducting candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Managing candidate pipelines and keeping accurate, up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborating with the Project Manager to understand project requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Proactively engaging with passive candidates and building relationships to maintain a steady flow of top talent.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with internal hiring teams.
  • Providing timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience and upholding the company’s values and employer brand.
Who you are:We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under pressure. You will be:
  • Experienced in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role (agency or in-house).
  • Skilled in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Organised with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiar with ATS systems (Bullhorn is a plus) and recruitment software.
