- Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Conducting candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Managing candidate pipelines and keeping accurate, up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborating with the Project Manager to understand project requirements and candidate profiles.
- Proactively engaging with passive candidates and building relationships to maintain a steady flow of top talent.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with internal hiring teams.
- Providing timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience and upholding the company’s values and employer brand.
- Experienced in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role (agency or in-house).
- Skilled in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organised with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiar with ATS systems (Bullhorn is a plus) and recruitment software.
