About the Role

The role will entail:

Manage and administer London benefit programmes
Work with the Head of Benefits & Reward to design and implement the firm’s benefit strategy
Propose new innovative benefit packages
Support employees with benefit queires
Liaise with third party providers
Support with wellbeing
Produce monthly reports
Manage relationships with stakeholders

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have experience of managing flexible benefits, salary sacrifice and platform renewals. Experience of Benefex is highly advantageous.
