Our client is a well-established executive search agency with a customer base of 180 and 10 staff, seeking a successor as the founder plans to retire.
The agency has an adjusted EBITDA of approximately £100k per annum, presenting a lucrative opportunity for the right candidate.
This is an excellent Management Buy-In (MBI) opportunity for an ambitious executive looking to own their business.
Candidates should ideally have experience in the recruitment or management consultancy sectors, particularly with smaller companies.
The position is based in Southern England, mostly remote, and requires relevant experience and available funds for purchase.
