We are working with a fast-growing, international organisation looking to recruit an experienced EMEA Payroll Manager for a permanent, stand-alone role based in their London offices.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident payroll professional to take full ownership of payroll across the UK and wider EMEA region, supporting the business through an exciting period of growth.

Reporting closely into HR and Finance, you will be responsible for the management of payroll across multiple UK and EMEA jurisdictions. Operating as a stand-alone specialist, you will act as the key point of contact for payroll-related matters internally and externally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end payroll for the UK and multiple EMEA regions
  • Liaising with and overseeing in-country payroll providers
  • Ensuring payroll compliance across all relevant jurisdictions
  • Supporting the business through a period of growth and change
  • Working closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate data flow
  • Supporting internal and external payroll audits
  • Managing and resolving employee payroll queries efficiently and professionally

Requirements for the role:

  • Strong, hands-on experience managing UK and EMEA payrolls
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Confidence operating in a stand-alone payroll role
  • A proactive, agile approach with the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
