This impressive and expanding company have a remote based brand new role with occasional travel into London heading up a team within Employee Benefits/Health Insurance. To apply for this role you MUST have the relevant management experience in Employee Benefits Insurance.

Role and responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Consultants to support them in managing a portfolio of business clients in the arranging of health, risk & wellbeing products and services. Additionally, the SBU Manager will manage their own portfolio of business clients across in the arranging of these three areas.
  • Ensure each teammate successfully achieves agreed retention(persistency), premium and revenue targets and objectives ensuring the best interests of customers are met at all times.
  • Work with teammates to proactively seek new business and cross sales opportunities.
  • Manager of key relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A positive Company ambassador ensuring we put the best interests of our customers at the core of everything we do.
  • Work alongside the rest of the Sales Leadership Team to drive growth of the business in a joined up way.
