I am urgently seeking an experienced Head of HR Transformation for my London-based, higher Education client. The role will be initially be for 12 months and will report in to the Chief People Officer. Depending upon experience, the salary will range from £62,728 to £74,866 per year on a fixed term contract. The ideal start will be by 1st June 2025.
Your role will involve direct line management of a team of Senior HR Change Managers and the wider HR Change team, (possibly up to 9 in total) to support the wide range of institutional change initiatives they currently have. This is a pivotal leadership role within the University , which will drive related employee relations initiatives and spearhead the HR Change and Transformation projects.
The ideal candidate will have: -
- Experience of managing and overseeing senior level HR Change Managers
- Experience of leading Transformation and Change on a large scale from within a public sector organisation (University, NHS, Local Government), dealing with Trade Unions
