Head of HR

I'm recruiting on behalf of one of the leading transportation companies, with over 5000 employees across the network. We're looking for an experienced and strategic Head of People to lead their HR team and drive transformation across the business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide HR leadership across a large, operational, and unionised business
  • Manage a team of 6 HR professionals
  • Shape and deliver the people agenda in partnership with senior stakeholders
  • Implement new policies and processes to improve effectiveness
  • Lead complex ER cases and maintain strong trade union relationships

  • Proven experience as a Head of HR (or similar) in a large, unionised environment
  • Strong leadership through change and transformation
