Your new companyA well-established professional services firm with a strong presence in the UK are looking for an HR Assistant Manager to be part of a close-knit HR team. You'll help shape the culture, support individual development, and drive initiatives across the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the delivery of HR strategy across resourcing, learning & development, compensation and benefits.
  • Advising managers and employees on HR policies, employment law, and employee relations matters.
  • Managing and resolving employee relations issues with professionalism and empath.
  • Preparing reports and sharing insights with senior stakeholders.
  • Helping to shape and communicate HR policies across the firm.
  • Staying up to date with best practices and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
  • Building strong relationships across the business and acting as a trusted HR partner.
