  • Now seeking a HR Manager for a Maternity Cover FTC.

The Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage a wide range of HR functions.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and policies, that support business objectives while fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
  • Ability to manage all key tasks, including HR administration, recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR issues, resolving conflicts and handling disciplinary and grievance procedures effectively.
  • Oversee payroll inputs, benefit administration, and ensure compliance with compensation policies and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labour laws and ensure organizational compliance. Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
  • General HR Reporting & Analytics, to track HR metrics.
  • Champion employee engagement programs and help foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture.

Ideal candidate:

  • The ideal candidate will bring a well-rounded knowledge of HR practices and employment law, excellent interpersonal skills, and a hands-on approach to daily HR operations.
  • Experience in FMCG or wider manufacturing would be beneficial.
  • Minimum 4 years HR experience.
  • Exceptional knowledge of UK labour laws.
  • Strong communication and organisation skills, with high attention to detail.

Benefits & details:

  • Salary dependent on experience.
  • 2 days a week in London.
