Our client, a software company, is looking for a part time HR Manager to join their team. This is a fully remote role, working 4 - 6 days per month.
The ideal candidate is a proactive individual who has experience within an HR team or stand alone role.
Responsibilities include;
- Maintenance of employment handbooks and contract templates
- Maintenance of staff records
- Overseeing the day to day operations and procedures
- Paralegal responsibilities for contract management
- Managing HR systems and resources
Skills / Education
- HR generalist - ideally with at least level 7 CIPD
- Degree educated
