We're working with a leading international professional services business to find a People Strategy Manager/HR Project Manager who will play a key role in the delivery of their global people strategy.

The Opportunity
In this role, you'll act as a key player in delivering the organisation's people strategy across its global network. The People Strategy has been designed so you'll design and implement practical toolkits, conduct research to inform best practice, and work closely with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Collaboration is at the heart of the role, and your insights will help drive impactful people initiatives that are inclusive, data-informed, and aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the global people strategy in partnership with the Director of People.
- Develop and roll out practical toolkits to help offices implement people-focused initiatives.
- Conduct targeted research across the global network and external sources to identify best practices and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with colleagues, global offices, and external partners to accelerate progress and share knowledge.
- Facilitate focused discussions with stakeholders to gather insights, align priorities, and build engagement.
We're looking for a people generalist with broad HR experience and a global mindset. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
You'll bring:
- Experience across several HR disciplines, such as reward, flexible working, leadership development, and employee experience.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly.

The company are seeking someone to join from January on a 6 month FTC. There is the option for you to work with flexible working arrangements (remote or hybrid). The role can be offered on a Full or Part time basis
