Change Management:

- Support redundancy planning, redeployment strategies, and workforce transition.

- Ensure compliance with organisational change policies and employment legislation.

Reporting & Documentation:

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including staffing budgets and impact summaries.

- Provide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders.

Resource Planning:

- Identify staffing needs and manage recruitment for new roles within the restructure.



Person Specification

Essential Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in HR project management, ideally within restructuring or organisational change.

- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and job evaluation frameworks.

- Project management expertise (Prince2, Agile desirable).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Desirable:

- Experience in large-scale organisational change programmes.

- Familiarity with HR systems and data analytics.



Qualifications

- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD) preferred.

- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) advantageous.
