A health and social care charity are looking for an Interim Head of HR to support on an initial interim basis, to lead the HR function through a transformation phase whilst having strong technical hands on capability. The role is to transform and modernise the HR department and lead on TUPE and merger activity. The role is based in London, offering hybrid working.

A Interim Head of HR to:
- Be responsible for the overall HR function
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and processes
- Lead the ongoing implementation of a HRIS
- Manage a HR team: coaching and upskilling
- Support an organisation through a large transformation period
- Modernise and transform the HR function
- Lead and coordinate the ongoing implementation of engagement activities
- Looking at maintenance and system improvements
- Strategic and hands on role
- Build organisational capabilities, behaviours and structures
- Lead change management activity including, merger and TUPE processes
- The role requires strong investigation into the data and high attention to detail
Profile
A Interim Head of HR with:
- Previous experience in the health and social care sector, public or NHS desirable
- Experience operating at a strategic and operational level with transformation experience
- Previous merger, and TUPE experience desirable
- Available to start within the next month
- Strong technical hands on experience
