Interim HR Project Manager
- Location: Farringdon, London (Minimum 3 days per week on-site)

Reed HR are working with a Global Consultancy based in Central London to recruit an Interim HR Project Manager to join their People & Culture Centre of Expertise. This role is crucial for managing and delivering a broad range of HR projects and change initiatives as they enter a crucial period of transformation across the business.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Shape, influence, manage, and deliver a variety of People & Culture projects and change initiatives.
- Review current processes and implement changes as required to streamline processes.
- Update the UK HR Policy Manual and commence other activities agreed with the Board.
- Work with stakeholders and line managers across the business as a point of contact for all HR queries and advise accordingly in line with current employment legislation
- Review, update and implement any changes to HR policies and procedures as required.
- Collaborate with Staff Champions to initiate activities related to the engagement survey, focusing on areas such as work-life balance, communications, and talent development.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, commensurate with the role.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Immediate availability to start on short notice and commitment to work 3 days per week on-site in the London office.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is essential.
- Proven experience supporting HR projects within a global matrixed business.
- Demonstrable experience in solid project methodology and successful project delivery on time.
