We have an urgent requirement for a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Manager/Team Leader to join our team on a contract basis. This role is critical to assist us with Payroll Parallel Runs and ensure a seamless transition between systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Year-to-Date Historical Pay Runs:
- Map fields from ResourceLink to TechnologyOne.
- Complete comprehensive spreadsheet templates to replicate monthly payments from ResourceLink within SolentConnect.
- Ensure alignment of year-to-date figures

Parallel Running:
- Conduct dual entry of new starters, leavers, and changes into TechnologyOne to match ResourceLink data for May, June, and July.
- Run monthly payroll in TechnologyOne, including additional BACS runs.
- Perform reconciliation between ResourceLink and TechnologyOne.

Dual Entry from April to Go-Live:
- Enter any changes into the system post-data migration to ensure up-to-date records.

Support & Ownership:
- Assist the payroll team with these activities to ensure the successful completion of UAT 1.
- Manage the full end-to-end process of monthly parallel run changes in TechnologyOne.
- Take ownership of reconciling pay data in ResourceLink and ensuring accurate data transfer to TechnologyOne.
