We have an urgent requirement for a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Manager/Team Leader to join our team on a contract basis. This role is critical to assist us with Payroll Parallel Runs and ensure a seamless transition between systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Year-to-Date Historical Pay Runs:

    • Map fields from ResourceLink to TechnologyOne.
    • Complete comprehensive spreadsheet templates to replicate monthly payments from ResourceLink within SolentConnect.
    • Ensure alignment of year-to-date figures
  • Parallel Running:

    • Conduct dual entry of new starters, leavers, and changes into TechnologyOne to match ResourceLink data for May, June, and July.
    • Run monthly payroll in TechnologyOne, including additional BACS runs.
    • Perform reconciliation between ResourceLink and TechnologyOne.
  • Dual Entry from April to Go-Live:

    • Enter any changes into the system post-data migration to ensure up-to-date records.
  • Support & Ownership:

    • Assist the payroll team with these activities to ensure the successful completion of UAT 1.
    • Manage the full end-to-end process of monthly parallel run changes in TechnologyOne.
    • Take ownership of reconciling pay data in ResourceLink and ensuring accurate data transfer to TechnologyOne.
