About the Role

Working closely with partners and HRBPs, the role will take the lead and focus on end to end resource management across a specific fee earning client group. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing relationships with key Partners and stakeholders
  • Monitor activity levels, pipelining and process improvements
  • Change management with respect to the introduction and embedding of resource management within the group
  • Advise on associate development
  • Promote best practice methods
  • Manage metrics and reporting to senior stakeholders

Job Requirements

You will have previous resource management experience, developed in professional services, or be a qualified lawyer looking to transition into a non-fee earning role.
