Excellent opportunity for an experienced Reward Manager to join a law firm in the City overseeing the Payroll, Compensation and Benefits of the firm. This is a maternity cover of 12-15 months. Hybrid working. Salary to £85k.

If you have experience as a Reward Manager overseeing Payroll, Compensation and Benefits in a law firm or similar professional services environment, such as accountancy, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Reporting to the HR Director and working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, the role includes -

  • Liaising with the external payroll provider
  • Provide data for salary reviews and bonuses
  • Respond to payroll queries
  • Ensure payroll processed without errors
  • Manage the pensions and benefits
  • Review of pensions and benefits provision
  • Liaise with external providers
  • Advise employees regarding pensions and benefits provision
  • HR reporting and provision of data
  • Process invoices
  • Ad hoc projects
  • Annual SRA renewals

You will require in-depth experience of Reward including payroll, pensions and benefits as well as advanced Excel skills and the ability to provide data and reports as requested. Attention to detail is of utmost importance.
