Our Client is Currently embarking a major HR transformation program including deployment of a new service delivery model using technology enablers like ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors. HR Project Manager is an integral part to the HR transformation team to drive the delivery & transition of Core HR processes. The role will be responsible for ensuring program is planned and delivered effectively to drive business value, working in partnership with the COE, HR Solution Managers, IT centre of excellence and External partners. This includes but is not limited to: Project initiation, business case & financial management, planning and dependency management, stakeholder management, quality assurance, risk/issue management & reporting for programmes.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Accountable for managing the delivery of agreed scope / end-to-end outcomes, to time, scope and budget, aligned to business priorities

• Own and manage detailed workstream plan with clear deliverable dates and stage gates

• Ensure the workstream plan is integrated across design, build, test, change, transition etc.

• Coordinate workstream governance incl. report on status to plan and RAID management

• Iterative release planning & management (i.e. working with central PMO to coordinate releases across programme workstreams)

Delivery/Execution

• Champion best practice approach to project management across the portfolio/ programme, advocating for the latest standards and processes.

• Identify common capabilities and opportunities for linking up, re-using and sharing of methods/resources between projects to ensure learning from experience is disseminated across the project

• Establish and own the processes and standards for managing risks & issues

• Providing guidance and input to project teams to assure delivery

• Producing and collating reports on project progress metrics to project/ programme leadership, senior sponsors and the steering committees

People/Change Culture/Stakeholder Management

• Defining and ensuring roles within the project is clear

• Promoting strong leadership behaviours in all actions, acting in a transparent and appropriate manner in dealings with stakeholders and members of project teams and the organisation

• Leading, motivating and coaching the teams to ensure high performance

• Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication

• Empowering and inspiring others to deliver successful projects and holding each team in the project to account for their delivery
