About the Role
The role will entail:
- Act as the first point of contact on benefit queries and provide advice on various programs
- Manage the benefits platform, including managing reports
- Utilise data analytics to enhance offering
- Manage relationships with third party vendors
- Salary and benefit benchmarking
- Support with annual benefits renewal process
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience of working with benefits in either a HR or specialist role. Strong attention to detail and experience with working with vendors is required.
