Are you a seasoned HR leader looking for your next challenge in a role that offers real scope to make an impact? We're recruiting for a Head of HR to join a dynamic, medium-sized organisation (c.650 employees) based in the heart of the City. Reporting directly into the senior leadership team and leading a team of five, this role is pivotal in shaping the people strategy while also staying close to day-to-day operations.

You'll have the chance to influence across the business-from office-based teams to those working out on the ground in fast-paced environments such as engineering or FMCG-style settings.

What we're looking for:

  • A proven HR leader with experience at Manager or Head of HR level
  • Strong track record of managing and developing HR teams
  • Comfortable supporting a varied workforce, including field-based staff
  • Deep expertise in complex ER cases, TUPE, restructures, and redundancies
  • Demonstrable experience in organisational change and transformation
  • An inclusive and engaging leadership style that brings people with you
  • Comfortable aligning with the company's values, including a focus on EDI

Please note:

  • This role is office-based four days a week, with one day working from home. This setup is non-negotiable.
